• Develop and maintain records and look after all data entry transactions in Accounting Software.
• Handle and monitor Daily Cash Report and Daily Cash Flow Statement for Chief Executive.
• Look after the Statutory Audit and prepare Statutory Financial Statements upto their Finalization.
• Deal with Government Departments i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, EOBI & Social Security.
• Report Stock/Inventory position to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive.
• Prepare Monthly Accounts for Management.
• Prepare Budgeted Accounts and Revenue & Cost Projections.
• Assist in establishment and maintenance of internal controls.
• Have an eye on Inter Company/Unit transactions and reconciliation of Inter Company Ledgers.
• Analyze Business Results with recommendations on ways to improve Productivity, Efficiency and Profitability
