Responsibilities:
-Coordinate to supplier regarding the bill of lading shipments, delayed of documents and monitor the document status of vessels shipment implement sound communication along with motivational techniques to monitor, counsel and control subordinates performance.
-Maintain and monitor the estimate date of arrival notification vessels shipment.Keep tracking down the arrival date of vessels from supplier thru website line.
-Overview accurate receipting of all goods into stock, including verification of delivery notes and updating of live stock system.
-Timely notification of any pending stock shortages to key departments. Manage and organize the stock room and its associates to ensure smooth operation of inventory flow to the store.
-Provide assistance for tracking unaccounted details amongst distribution, production, retail and sales. Implement and oversee safety programs with logistic distribution and transportation departments.
Execute performance evaluation systems essential for logistic supervision and maintain client and Field Service intervention of records and documentation.
Assist in Physical store inventory providing whole system support by prioritizing projects, assessment reports, and completing logs of activities.
