• Negotiated 300+ contracts with suppliers, resulting in cost reductions of up to 20%.
• Opened 9 new retail stores by managing stock, set-up, and opening events valued at 10 million USD.
• Trained 500+ employees in sales techniques, display, & retail systems (SAP & IBM).
• Issued 250, 000 USD supply deals with 3 national public libraries.
• Managed store booth at 4 international book fairs with (450, 000 visitors/fair), resulting in revenues of 160, 000 USD in 15 days at each event.
• Oversaw store booth at the 1st Comic-Con held in Saudi Arabia (120, 000 visitor/day) resulting in revenues of 80, 000 USD in 3 days.
