My Main Activity
 Plan and monitor the completion of external and annual statutory audits in compliance with tax regulations and laws as per agreed schedules in order to meet the Group’s statutory obligations and mitigate non-compliance risks.
 Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the legal consolidation for the group in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
 Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
 Control and validate the availability of short and long-term corporate and local funds to run the operations, including proper cash flow management
 Monitors and reviews the annual budget, business plans, hedging activities.
 Lead the negotiation and execution of credit documents and terms with suppliers
 Develop and execute the group financing strategy by channeling the business plan through different financial institutions to acquire debts
 Provides regional support by acting as a group consultant related to different issues in local finance/accounting departments and fills gaps of vacant positions all over the group for managerial financial positions
 . Implement strategic and long-term business plans, assess the group and corporate financing requirements, and evaluate and analyze future financial issues, provide necessary solutions, recommendations and analytic support on potential investments and expected growth area
 Generate and validate the Monthly Group (local and corporate) Reporting Packages including Joint Ventures
 Ensure balance sheet accounts and account payables are well managed, as well as needed support and guidance provided as required to various countries
