Responsible for all Human Resource related activities recruitment, manpower
planning, Employee services, Payroll, Labor Law relations, Compensation &
Benefits, training & Performance development and workforce planning.
▪ Manage the day to day HR operations as well as play the role of assisting in
implementation of the HR strategy and develop and monitor overall HR policies
and procedures across the organization.
▪ Following up with the tasks of the human resources team.
Responsible for all Human Resource related activities.
▪ Create and develop an organizational structure Hierarchy in collaboration with
CEO and directors.
▪ Inventory and arrange the available database to job seekers in line with
vacancies available in companies and nominate job seekers for personal
interviews with the companies.
▪ Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as
temporary employees.
▪ Work on human resources programs : Odoo & SMART HCM
