Responsibilities:
- Generating qualified pipeline to the Sales Reps by providing them the Budget, authority, Need, time frame and Sale cycle by having multiple phone calls with CFOs, Finance Directors and Finance Controllers and providing them solutions to their challenges in regards to:
1. Budgeting & Planning
2. Financial Consolidation & Reporting
3. Strategic Finance & Scorecards
4. Profitability and Cost Management
From June 2013 - May 2014 generated 5.6 Million US dollars in pipeline for the Sales rep. to close Over achieving my yearly pipeline target by 179%.
IT Service Delivery Engineer Level 1 and Level 2
Responsibilities include:
o Level 1:
Troubleshoot and resolve more complex PC incidents and/or VIP requests
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
Staging of PCs
Hard and software maintenance and support.
Coordinate with Service Desk for break/fix hardware repair
Assist and work closely with Schlumberger Security Officer on IT security issue and virus eradication effort.
Have a good understanding of the User Support Processes and Procedures.
o Level 2 in addition to Level 1 responsibilities:
Work closely with server and LAN support Teams
Coordinate Spare Pool
Maintain Asset Management
Handle IT projects
Computer Help desk/Technical Support
