• Manage, direct, train and educate ‘Community Healthcare Educator Volunteers’ on work methodology, systems used (kobo, referrals...) and the necessary topics needed for the awareness sessions.
• Make sure CHE- Volunteers are covering the allocated areas of intervention and meeting set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day and week-to-week tasks and goals.
• Communicate urgent issues with upper management.
• Develop PR and attain approvals from focal points, NGOs, beneficiaries, community leaders, and dispensaries in different communities.
• Perform awareness sessions at the community level where approval was obtained.
• Train community members and mothers on specific screening and assessment tools in order for them to apply them.
• Collect needed feedback from beneficiaries and CHE- volunteers.
• Identify and refer needed cases to a national hotline, social workers, or specific specialists to receive needed support.
• Distribute specific aids to populations at risk as required.
• Collect specific data, develop and submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports through different applications and systems.
• Attend meetings.

“Improving MNCAH through promoting access to comprehensive PHC services” Nov 2019- Dec 2021
• Conduct campaigns and awareness sessions to raise awareness on specific health topics through household visits.
• Promote Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) and specific services to vulnerable societies or communities in need.
• Provide targeted vulnerable communities with Emergency Food Supplies such as micronutrient supplements, BP-5 compact food, high-energy biscuits and peanut butter plumpy.
• Aid teams in mapping and damage assessment in Emergency Response after the August 4 Beirut Port Blast.

• Conduct awareness sessions for caregivers and a thorough screening to various communities regarding malnutrition and immunization.
• Perform necessary malnutrition screening for children within the targeted group age.
• Following up with the caregiver to ensure behavioural changes.
• Refer malnourished children to PHCs to receive required treatment and continues to Follow up.
