• Develop consultants RFTOP: Specify & determine the project scope of work, required personnel, evaluation sub-criteria, bidder references, project technical requirements, cost proposal, proposed deliverables, contract duration and payments method.
• Develop contractors RFP: Specify & determine the project scope of work, required personnel, evaluation sub-criteria, bidder references, project technical requirements, cost estimate, project duration, work methodology, execution duration and payments method.
• Participate in bidding evaluation and selection process: In coordination with technical team produce procurement requests with the complete technical specification and submit it in timely manner to operation department for processing (on Tamis). Also, participated in pre-bid meeting, site visit, set evaluation sub-criteria, technical & cost evaluation, clarifications, winning bidder selection, contract signature and Kickoff meeting.

• Coordinate the design of several projects (Solar PV systems, Water, WWTP rehabilitation works…) with several design consulting firms, A&E MSP firm (CDM Smith) and the region water establishments: Review (several rounds) and check the site assessment, preliminary and detailed design, technical drawings, technical & general specifications, cost estimate, BOQ and tender documents. Also, conduct several coordination meetings with A&E MSP firm (CDM Smith) to reach the optimal design and got the clearance to proceed to the execution phase.

• Coordinate/Supervise the construction of several projects (Solar PV system, Water, WWTP rehabilitation works…) with several contractors and the A&E MSP firm (CDM Smith): Review & check & follow up materials submittals, RFI, shop drawings, working methodologies, workplan (Prepare and update project work plan (monthly basis)), safety measurements, CQCP, as-built drawings, daily log, progress & final reports, payments process. Also, conducting several coordination meetings with the consulting firm, contractors, and A&E MSP firm (CDM Smith) to reach the project requirements.

• Coordinate with procurement, utility management, civic engagement, capacity building departments to complete all the projects requirements.
• Contribute to the proposal preparation by providing inputs on implementation modalities of the intervention by capitalizing on former experiences (lessons learned and best practices). Provide inputs for project procurement plan to logisticians and for the project budget’s activity lines.
• In relation to project activities, identify in advance the need for approvals from the local authorities and other stakeholders; feed the information to the relevant personnel involved in obtaining these approvals.
• Conduct field visits during the different cycles of the project (including post-completion) to make sure good quality is maintained and standards are being respected and followed regularly.
• Participate in several training sessions.

-LTA for the Design and support during supervision of irrigation canals and infrastructure in Lebanon - UNDP, Lebanon (2022-Present): Long term agreement for the provision of professional services for the design and supervision for irrigation and canals projects (canals, pipes, hill lakes…): Prepare site assessment, preliminary and detailed design, technical drawings, technical specifications, cost estimate, BOQ and tender documents.

-Supervision of Litani River Basin infrastructural, environmental and solar projects - ESFD (EU), Lebanon (2021-Present): Supervision of twenty projects in Bekaa and South regions, such as: water networks and reservoirs, storm water channels, irrigation channels, water wells, solar systems, rural bridge, stadium and cold facilities. Coordinate with the client and the local municipalities on regular basis, ensure the application and implementation of the projects specifications and standards based on contracts, evaluation of methodologies/work schedule/shop drawings and materials submittals, prepare the progress reports and manage a team of engineers.

-Full Design of 500 km water distribution networks and transmission lines in Mubarak and Kazan, Uzbekistan (2020-2022): Detailed design for the supply and installation of more than 500 km of HDPE and steel pipelines. Prepare the preliminary design, feasibility study, final detailed design, drawings and tender documents.

-Full Design of 200 km water distribution networks in Nakhal region, Sultanate of Oman (2020-2022): Detailed design for the supply and installation of more than 200 km of pipelines with diameters ranging from 110 to 500 mm. Prepare the preliminary design, feasibility study, final detailed design, drawings and tender documents.

-LTA for the design and supervision for infrastructure and environmental projects - UNDP, Lebanon (2019-Present): Long term agreement for the provision of professional services for the design and supervision for several water/wash, sewer, storm water, hill lakes, irrigation, agricultural roads and infrastructure projects: Prepare preliminary and detailed design, assessment reports, technical specifications, cost estimate, BOQ and tender documents.

- Full Deign of more than 70 km of irrigation channels in Kfarzebian village, Lebanon, Ministry of Energy and Water (2019-Present).

- Supervision of more than 500 km of water supply networks and water tanks execution works in more than 35 villages in the Bekaa, South, North and Mount Lebanon regions, Ministry of Energy and Water (2016-Present).

- Design and Supervision of the construction of Qaa hill lake, Lebanon, Economic & Social Fund for Development (2017-2019): Full Design and Supervision of the construction of the hill lake, with more than 180, 000 m3 reservoir capacity.

- Supervision of Qaissamani Dam and water treatment plant, Lebanon, Council for Development and Reconstruction (2013-2018): Project value of 25 million dollars, execution drawings, shop drawings, review the reinforcement details and bar bending schedules, progress and daily reports, meetings, materials submittals, method statements, site instructions and inspections, coordination among the different project parties and payments evaluation.

- Water wells studies (geological and hydrological studies, specify locations, prepare execution program, material specifications and cost estimation), Lebanon, Ministry of Energy and Water (2016).

- Supervision of Annaba landfill closure execution works, Wilaya of Annaba, Algeria (on site, 2013): Project Value of 15 Million Euros, lead a team of 3 engineers, coordinate with Beirut offices,

- Design and Supervision of the construction of hill lakes, Lebanon, Green Plan (2012-2015): Full Design and Supervision of the construction of 6 hill lakes, with more than 100, 000 m3 reservoir capacity each.

- Design the Chouf region Sewer network, Lebanon, Council for Development and Reconstruction (2012): Full design of a 75 km sewage network.

- Jeddah International Airport - GSE Tunnel, Jeddah, KSA (2011): Design and Execution of the dewatering system. Prepare as-built drawings.

- Haramain Train Station, Jeddah, KSA (2011): Design of the dewatering system.
