on blockers before they impacted release windows.

portfolio review forums and steering committee & MBR sessions, translating complex portfolio data into
clear executive insights and driving consensus across competing priorities.
• Financial Management & Budget Tracking: Supported portfolio-level budget tracking, investment
prioritisation, and financial performance reporting — partnering with Finance to align portfolio
commitments with enterprise CapEx and OPEX governance processes. Performed variance analysis
on delivery cost estimates and contributed to quarterly financial forecasting cycles.
• ServiceNow SPM Platform Ownership: Functional owner of ServiceNow SPM workflows across
demand management and resource management modules — driving adoption of standardised portfolio
processes, collaborating with technical teams to enhance reporting automation, and ensuring best
