Job responsibilities and work field profile
Traverse in each and every month for establish the control points and control the tunnel alignment using “Traverse” or “Sets of measure” process.
Calculate the traverse by “STARNET” or “INFINITY”. And submit the report to client every month.
Make Plan for next 15 days’ work, team divination of day and night sheet, work programme, weekly leave plan etc.
Excavation Profile Checking to control over break with design. Every layer of shotcrete thickness checking - analysis and instruct to surveyor with control plan.
Pre-Pour and Post Pour quantity preparation depend on as built data scan.
Team management and work schedule arrangement as per daily shift working plan. Work monitoring of 18 numbers of survey team, two numbers of CAD operators and two number of Structural work team.
Preparing tunnel database for alignment by use of Leica Infinity software and export the submit section drawings by TUNNEL CAD and SCANSYAR software.
Every layer face (Excavation, P1, P2, P3 shotcrete) scanning work monitoring with the data of GTL 1203.
Presentation daily progress report and technical variation between design and actual tunnel shape.
Weekly team meeting with management for future planning, material requirements and reconciliation as well.
Job responsibilities and work field profile
Team management and work schedule arrangement as per daily shift working plan. Work monitoring of 14 numbers of survey team, two numbers of CAD operators and one number of GPS work team.
Preparing tunnel database for alignment by use of Leica Infinity software, elevation checking and close monitoring of sectional undercut before rock support system. Monitoring and data preparation for missing rock bolts, spot bolts and anchor bolts for as geological requirement depending rock class.
3d scanning work monitoring with use for SX10 Trimble Scanner and its data development by Tribble Center software. This part of work has to be done after full support.
Indications the progress as DPR on project design drawing with calculations of percentage of project achievement and balance of excavation quantity.
Maintain as built data for all structural work inside and outside of the tunnel as record for billing and sub-contractor payment. Also all as-built for Bore hole, Manometer, Inclined holes, Seismic holes, Vertical bore hole and core drilling hole for the final hand over record.
Calculation of over break and undercut of tunnel as per approved rock class to analysis of extra excavation quantity and consumption of materials.
Manage of GPS team work, topography, dumping of tunnel muck analysis, temporary road diversion plan according to available place, new area development plan and survey work.
Mange of Utility identification and diversion work monitoring as well.
Manage all survey Auto Cad related work and other data development work by Survey software like contour development, cross section of road and dumping yard etc. work.
Control all survey documentation for temporary submission and final submission with testimonials and ACONEX system as well. Attending Weekly progress meeting, Plan and schedule meeting for co-ordination with clients and internal higher management.
3D scanning of NATM Tunnel for final quantities of oil storage.

Working as survey In-Charge for Station & Viaduct Survey with 6 nos. of team separated by day and night shift work control. Joint Record, documentation for client billing, ITR data sheet preparation for combined report.
Attending RTA (Dubai) site visit, all planning, safety, PRM meetings for schedule progress.
Raw data making with civil 3D, Sokkia Link, MDT and Auto Cad software.
Export and import data in survey total station, GPS, digital level instrument for escape manual error.
Arrange data for field work - Span alignment, Balance Cantilever, Bearing Installation, Survey plate checking, Bearing Plate Installation, report making for stressing and distressing of segment. Gantry and Portal beam checking for intercrossing of road and viaduct.
Alignment check for Pile, Pile Cap, Pier, Pier head, Spine Beam, Wings, Tendon, Bearing Plinth, Escalator, Stair, Tie Beam, Station Block work etc.
Checking verticality of still column, cross basing alignment, structural steel beam, viaduct wings at plat form level, SSL and FFL of Ground and concourse level slab.
Preparation of Embedded bolts and concrete slope for grouting of column.
Preparation of road and utilities drawing comparing with design data of EMICOOL Chamber, ETISALAT Duct line, TABREED line, Sewerage and drainage line, street light cable, DEWA cable alignment etc.
Plotting or rotate design drawing as per original or global co-ordinates for direct layout.
Responsible for all MEP and Electrical opening and sleeves co-ordinate data arrangement and layout at vertical wall. Measurement and layout of riser and outlet.

Responsible for 8.5 km Viaduct - Pile foundation, Pile cap, Pier and pier cap survey alignment work, alignment of casting situ slabs.
Bolt fixing and alignment for girder and pocket alignment.
Close Traverse of 43KM underground and elevated metro by GPS(GR-5) and Total Station for control point Co-Ordinate establishment. Use digital level (DNA 03) for TBM establishing.
Responsible for Pre-cast match cast Segments alignment for a full SPAN including EJ segment. Calculating of Co-Ordinates for each match cast segment by Geometry Control Software - MC3D.
750m long precast yard Gantry Crain railway track alignment @ 5nos separated BAY for precast mould alignment.
Responsible for Shot Line and Long line mould erection, high survey towers, Gantry shatter alignment, foundation of gantry shade column etc. work.
Also, responsible for arranging raw data import and export for field survey work.
Arrange raw data for pilling and micro pilling of metro stations and joint check with client before concrete pouring.
Responsible for Viaduct Section - Pier alignment, Bearing Pedestal & pocket alignment, Pier head line and level checking etc. work

Section taken by Tunnel Profiler of every excavated bench (There were 4nos. stage tunnel excavation) - Max ht. of the tunnel 66m and developing sections by its software (tunnel One Software) and convert to Auto Cad for client Submission.
Close Traverse for carry TBM from Permanent Bench Mark to TBM for daily work.
Daily wise monitoring of field survey works, team work management, work divide of every survey team as per bar chat schedule.
