Manages the Disaster Recovery (DR) Program of Technip Energies Group that includes the following:

- Creating, publishing and maintaining the DR Framework which includes the DR Standard, DR Implementation Procedure, DR Guidelines, and Templates

- Implementation of DR Planning for Critical IT Services

- Testing of existing DR Plans

- Redundancy Testing of Datacenters

- Facing Internal and External Audits on DR Domain concerns

Also closely collaborate with following teams:

- Corporate IT/IDS Risk Management Team

- Corporate Business Continue Management Team

- Corporate ISMS Team

- IT/IDS Infrastructure Operations Team and Architecture Team

- IT/IDS Enterprise Applications Team

- Manage and implement the IS Management System based on ISO 27001 framework within the entities of TechnipFMC in Abu Dhabi, and provide support/advice/guide for implementation efforts in other offices in Middle East Area

- Planning and execution of activities of ISMS such as Risk Management, Effectiveness Reviews, Training and Awareness, Internal and External Audit Coordination, Management Reviews, Regional and Group level collaboration, etc.

- Experience in implementing as well as upgrading IS Management Systems to current standard systems such as ISO 27001:2013

- Working closely with key business-support functions such as IT, HR, Security, Legal, Quality, and Internal Control

- Annual planning for the ISMS

- Achievement: ISO 27001:2013 Standard Certification for the organization

- Manage software projects (entire SDLC) adhering to a processes that compliance with CMMi Level 3

- Demonstrated leadership skills by Maintaining healthy relationships with team members and internal teams (eg: other project teams, QA team, local IT department, etc) and overseas/local stakeholders. Use assertive approach effectively in all situations specially during conflict management

- Accountable for Configuration management (source control, change control and project documents)

- Work with other corporate teams (locally and internationally) on project realization efforts

- Provide technical/functional guidance to the development team, conduct knowledge transfer sessions to QA resources, get support from other teams or technical experts during difficult situations
