Flight Dispatch,
The Flight Dispatcher (FD) is responsible for the production of an Operational Flight Plan (OFP) and a complete route brief for each sector to be flown as described in the Operations Manual Part A Section 8. A route brief will contain a summary of the weather at origin, destination and at alternate airports, along with the en-route weather, any significant weather (SIGMET), weather charts, and NOTAMS.
