Working as the in charge of large vessels’ electrical systems( High Voltage and Low Voltage, including diesel Generator (high and low voltage, up to 4500KW ) and turbo generators, Boilers and Exhaust gas boiler, Incinerators, Fresh water generators, control and measuring panels, electrical part of hydraulic, pneumatic and exhaust gas system, refrigerator and air conditioning systems, anchor winches, 13 tonne cranes, Monorail Cranes with variable speed controls, Latest Man B & W ME engine (Electronically control) control and operation system, Water mist system, CO 2 and fire extinguish system, fire alarm system, life boat winches, power distribution system, transformers, electrical motors (Low and high voltage), bridge navigation and control equipment, Network and LAN system lighting systems.
Directly responsible for ME Engine ( Electronically control Engine) electrical, electronic and operation system.
In charge of reefer containers on-board.
Gathered Work experience in relation to vessel electrical system in cape size bulk carriers as electro cadet.
Maintenance and repairs of cool rooms and air conditioning systems. Specially involved in maintenance and troubleshooting of various kinds of reefer containers like Carrier, Daikin, Star Cool, Thermo King and Mitsubishi at Colombo port authority.
Successfully Completed MARINE ELECTRICIAN TEST accredited by Government of Sri Lanka in 2011 - CINEC Maritime Campus
