•Participate in preparing planned maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment within mandate to comply with statutory inspections and overhauls and to implement such schedules
•Co-ordinate with client, consultant and subcontractor for site inspection
•Maintenance and operation of hot water Boilers and steam boiler
•Maintenance of A/c, D/c Motors and Generators up to 500 KVA
•Handling of EPABX - System (Telephone System)
•Operation & maintenance of A/c - Plants up to 380 TR. (Blue star & Voltas and York make)
•Maintenance of Elevators (OTIS, Mitsubishi, KONE, ThyssenKrupp make)
•Maintenance of Laundry Equipments.
•Maintenance of all Kitchen Equipments and Handling all Electrical and Plumbing works.
•Maintenance of Main Panels, OCB, ACB & MV panels
•Maintenance of Transformer, Oil Filtration, Earth Pits
•Operation and maintenance of Invertors & UPS and central battery systems
•Installation and maintenance of FCU and AHU, split type A/C, duct able A/C, cassette Units, cold room (chiller and freezers)
•Operation and maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm system.
•Preparation of MIS report (Management Information Sheet)
•Performing other jobs assigned by superiors.
•Very good knowledge in BMS system.
•Maintained a team for preventive maintenance for rooms and kitchen equipment’s.
•Renovated hotel rooms under my guidelines and very good knowledge on projects like Electricals, Plumbing, Carpentry, Gypsum, Tiles & marble, wood polish and painting.
•Handling housekeeping team in villas, apartments and towers, providing cleaning materials and equipment’s, hand over the villas and apartments with in time frame and check-outs
