Handling the project payment applications process smartly and closely coordinating with the project consultant(s) to obtain the early payment certification in order to maintain project cash flow healthy.
Liaise with Project Manager to identifying the potential variations (change management), proactively involved in the preparation process to minimize the disputes & to get the early certification.
Drafting Contractual correspondences, including timely notices with the coordination of project team in order to secure contractual rights under the contract and actively involved in preparing contractual claims.
Timely monitoring & controlling of the cost of the projects using CVR & CTC techniques and preparing monthly cost reports to address the key areas in the project's performance.
Effective administration of subcontracts, including drafting agreements, issuing payment certificates and notices while ensuring a resilient business relationship.
Possess hands-on experience on procurement of work packages including preparation of Tender documents, reviewing & evaluating the prices and necessary negotiations.
Actively engaging with the pre-contract division to conclude project matters & knowledge sharing to improve the costing for future projects.
Experienced on managing & bridging knowledge gaps in the QS team, ensuring the delivery of high performance.
Acting as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 & responsible for the department procedure.

Reviewing & finalizing interim payment applications and preparation of final payment
applications.
Identifying potential Variations, preparing / finalizing variation submissions and further
negotiating & agreeing with Cost Consultant.
Advising project manager & project staff on potential Commercial issues & drafting Contractual
correspondences.
Preparing monthly cost reports to monitor the project performance with Commercial Manager.
Preparing required timely notices with the coordination of project manager and assisting
Commercial Manager to prepare EOT.
Handling Subcontractors’ Commercial & Contractual issues including interim certificates & their
final accounts.
Actively engaging with pre-contract division to advise foreseeable commercial issues in post
contract stage.

Handling Commercial & Contractual issues with Subcontractors including preparation of their
interim certificates & final accounts.
Acting as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 & responsible for the contracts department
procedures.

Preparation and submission of interim payment applications and agreeing projects final accounts
with the Cost consultant.
Identification & pricing of Variations and further finalization with Cost Consultant.
Procurement of Work packages including sending inquiries with dully prepared Tender
documents, reviewing & evaluating the prices, necessary negotiations, obtaining management
approvals.
Reviewing & certifying of Sub Contractor’s monthly applications.
Preparation of monthly cost reports.

Prepare Preliminary budget estimates based on the conceptual and details designs.
Preparation and agreeing final accounts for each & every job order with Cost Consultant.
Assess monthly work done and prepare monthly Valuations.
Assess all variation requirements and advising the cost implications.
Reviewing & certifying of Sub Contractor’s monthly Valuations.

Payment Certification / Recommendation for Contractors’ works progress claims.
Estimation works & Preparing BOQs for damaged & new houses.
Managing overall Housing Construction including close supervision of materials procurement.
