Currently working with eLOGiSol IT services as HR & Operation executive. I am handling Hr process of the company like recruitment, Joining formalities, salary preparation and exit interviews.Along with HR functions, I am also involved in client interaction, Networking and Business development. I am also involved in software process making, Document preparation like user manuals, SRS and Black Box testing of the developed softwares.
Having 4+ years of experience in End to End IT Recruitment.
• Responsible for Full Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Exposure to work with Clients and interacted with direct hiring managers.
• Vendor Management & Team Handling.
• Responsible for coordination between Team and Client.
• Conducting various Walk-in drives & bulk hiring.
• Using various channels of sourcing candidates like job portals, social sites, Boolean search, X-Ray search etc.
• Initiate new & creative sourcing channels via research, Networking, personal referrals, advertising, database mining & cold calling.
• Mapped companies (client’s competitors) to get the best suitable candidates.
• Knowledge of Hirecraft.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Word and Excel Software.
I have done my internship in IPCA Laboratories,Dehradun for a period of 1 month where i was assigned the duty of quality check of the incoming raw materials.
