In charge of handling all aspects of import and export, such as paperwork, logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards while ensuring the efficient and timely movement of commodities.
Track and evaluate the expenses related to imports and exports. Find ways to cut costs, such as by introducing affordable transportation options or negotiating advantageous freight prices.
Make that all import and export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and shipping documents, are precise and comprehensive
To guarantee smooth import and export activity coordination, work together with internal departments including sales, finance, logistics, and
procurement.
Communicate with outside parties such as shipping companies, regulatory bodies, and customs authorities.
Handle all Purchase related processes, like raising Purchase request, Purchase order, and other documentation.
Ensure smooth delivery of purchased material at the right time, at the right place and at the right cost.
Maintain payment mode (LC/DP/DA/TT) & Pick up goods as per schedule with our vendors.
I have completed Master in Supply chain Management and it covered the Logistics, Procurement and Supply chain management with modern supply chain practices;
