Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sales campaigns to generate leads and convert to customers.
- Carry out marketing and promotion in line with the planned training schedule of the Launch.
- Make weekly summaries and reports of the entire store, costs as well as challenges, lessons learned and suggest areas for improvement.
- Carry out any assignments as delegated by the Store in Charge.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Experience of space or visual planning within the retail sector.
- An ability for combining colors’ and styles and putting outfits together.
- An eye for interior designs and putting showroom displays together
- Doing floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Closing and opening the store.

Responsibilities
- Aid customers in locating merchandise.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Make sure that the overall direct sales targets are achieved.
- Communicate customer requests to other branches for a quick delivery.
- Replenishes merchandise to standard in order to create a full and abundant store and ensure visual displays are maintained according to the standard.
- Receiving and clearing stock, general stock taking and stock delivery.
- Understanding the company return and refund policies and working upon it.
