My primary responsibility is to lead software engineering team, and software support/administration/operation. My responsibilities include but not limited to providing technical direction on platform and technology selection, software development process, plan and implement new and significantly improved systems and services, working with internal and external technology groups to design integration software components, addressing customer issues/escalations, working with IT infrastructure team on software/hardware configuration/monitoring, product release and deployment activities, working with HR on technical talent acquisition.
In addition to co-locate direct reports, I have also built, trained, and manage offshore software development team that is an extension to development organization.
I have provided technical leadership and consultation in various segments of business intelligence and software application custom made designing.

MRP (Material Resource Planning):

Material requirements planning (MRP) is a production planning and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes. Most MRP systems are software-based, while it is possible to conduct MRP by hand as well.
An MRP system is intended to simultaneously meet three objectives:
• Ensure materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory.
• Plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
The basic modules which MRP application covers are as follow:
1. Forecasting Production Plan.
2. Sale module.
3. Finance module.
4. Procurement module.
5. Stores module.
6. QA module.

RMS (Remote Monitoring System):
RMS one of my major achievement which I have designed for my organization, it’s an electrical SCADA application which provide a complete range of intelligent monitoring and controlling solutions to ensure your business continuity. It work as power expert, the system can safeguard massive investments in infrastructure, increase the reliability of your system and minimize the unforeseen events which have a negative effect on your productivity. It all comes down to having the right information at the right time.
RMS easily provides monitoring and manages a large number of Telecommunication sites and handles their multiple devices at a real time. The system provides a rapid route to business profitability through reduced cost and increased revenues, by making life easier for operations management.

International deployment exposure:
• Wataniya Telecom project deployed RMS on 250 BTS sites of remote location (Algeria).
• ATC-Ghana and ATC Uganda project deployed RMS on 250 BTS.
• ATC- Uganda project deployed RMS on 250 BTS sites.
• Inala HTT (South Africa).
Local deployment Exposure:
• Telenor Pakistan deployed RMS on 800 BTS sites (Pakistan).

Power Optimization and Energy Management Solution:
The system is based on two segments
:
1. Master Terminal (Application controlling slave device).
2. Slave devices which monitor and control the power consumption.

Master application monitor and control electricity consumption of each slave device via TCP/IP, X10 protocol according to the administration application schedule in the administration settings .Slave devices monitor and control the electricity consumption of the installed location and perform operation on the instruction of master application. The system manages the energy consumption and regulated device optimize the power consumption by regulating the electricity source .Automated reporting is generated by the application to analyze the power consumption

I joined Mushko Ps as their Assistant Manager Technical Solution Software managing software teams engaged in various web and device based software products and web projects. These teams include Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online technology based projects. I was part of a focused Mushko PMO team responsible to architect project management processes and perform projects process monitoring.

1. Responsible for providing network infrastructure designing and project trainings material for clients.nvolved in budgeting and project planning with extensive implementations.
2. Managing multiple team Leaders for delivering high-quality services to customers.
3. Providing supervision in tracking issues related to the project implemented on client side.
4. Provide technical direction for the deployment, design, and systems integration for the clients.
5. Participates in troubleshooting hardware and network problems, and system software problems.

Involve in designing and developing SmartMon.Net and EMS \[Energy Management system\] application used by multiple Sector e.g. (Telenor, CMPAK, Warid, Wincom, Multi Net, Faisal Bank, KASB Bank, huawei, WTA, CPS, etc).I have used Agile based software development technique to manage iterative and incremental development of my project.
