October 2011 to date Your World Agency Currently I am into full time agency, which has equally helped me gain more experience and confidence in what I do. Being an agency gives me the opportunity to work in different hospitals and in a wide variety of cases and some might think it's scary and you need a lot of bravery to that. With me it the beauty of it because I learn new things and boosts my confidence . I have learned new skills and ideas that I did not have before hand. My mandatory training are up to date as per the NMC code of conduct.
