✓ Assist in establishing a global support model for Product (Markets) Compliance
✓ Provide consolidation of reporting of compliance activities including strategic/annual plans, communications, MI, regulatory developments, surveillance, policies, training, risk assessments, issues tracking, monitoring and verification
✓ Streamline Markets Compliance deliverables related to the Compliance Enhancement Program and other internal projects
✓ Analyse data and assess quality and utility of Markets Compliance deliverables (e.g., training, policies, annual plans, verification checks, issues tracking)
✓ Provide single point of coordination for Markets Compliance
✓ Assist with Human Capital development (e.g. talent mapping, learning and development, etc.)
✓ Liaise with other Compliance areas, infrastructure partners (e.g., Operations, Risk, Legal, NPS), and Front Office on agendas, monitoring, reporting, MI, projects, etc.
✓ Draft agendas and presentations
✓ Track work plans and deliverables in Excel and other systems

✓ Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
✓ Plan and administer the firm's Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.
✓ Supervise desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned.
✓ Oversee business development activities including: o efforts through Business Development Coordinator
o Assisting attorneys in strategic planning for client presentations, etc.
o Offer coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
o Work with regional offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.
✓ Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
✓ Assist with and support firm's involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
✓ Design and plan quarterly marketing training seminars for attorneys.
✓ Oversee firm's electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
✓ Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager, Practice Development Manager and Regional Marketing Manager (s) . Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
