-To undertake pro -active and reactive monitoring and control of cameras located in the port operational areas.
-To implement emergency and incident procedures whilst on duty and keep a clear concise system.
-To ensure all operational procedures, records and video tapes are securely and confidentially stored in control room.
-To respond to any telephone or radio communication to and from security safety, operational staffs and port users
-To assist and instruct in the review of library video tape materials.
-Identify, minimize and respond to all hazards and incident
-Attending to communication device in professional manner
-Controlling access by preventing unauthorized employees, visitors, contractors, or any delivery personnel at the main entrance.
-Issuing the temporary passes to those entering the hotel by leaving their passport/labor cards at the reception
-Check in and out deliveries and stamping security verification's
-Receiving and dispatching all letters and parcels
-Filling documents related to security
-Directing guests and visitors in different directions, either east or west towers
-Taking orders
-Handling of distributor accounts in the region
-Follow up of queries raised by merchandisers & customers
