Monitor, Inspection and Supervision of every in & out materials through dispatch, ensured that the daily operations run smoothly.
Coordinate with Production Manager and all department supervisors in the factory for receiving materials to dispatch as per the priority delivery schedule, prepare complete outward documents/Invoices/ Costume clearance documents.
Proper receiving with complete documents, storage area management & circulation of information to concern department.
Present daily dispatch summery to Production & Inventory managers.
Monitor all departments’ daily activities of warehouse i.e. receiving; put away, picking, packing and dispatch and update in the ERP system.
Generating the Invoiced as per material maintain in the load receipt
Delivering the goods as per customer’s goods receipt system.
Defining the row and column location for finished goods in warehouse.
Complying with all QA/QC procedures and relevant ISO requirements.
Delegating staff duties to ascertain that targets and productivity are kept at maximum.
Conduct annual Stock Take in the supervision of Manager, prepare Inventory report and coordinate for any short or excess items with manager.
Reviews, records and prioritizes purchasing requests and obtains additional Technical details /Information and documents as required for new order.
Monitors status of existing requisitions, maintain contact with Purchase Dept. to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Getting Material inspected from concern department.
Timely briefing staffs and workers to motivate in work.
Convince staffs about the importance of housekeeping and safety procedure.

Daily coordination with Production Manager to obtain advance priority delivery schedule to arrange necessary transportation & outbound documents/Invoice/Custom Papers etc.
Proper goods receiving with order details, packing list, GTN/Invoice, put away to the proper location and circulation of information to concern departments.
Complying with all QA/QC procedures and relevant ISO requirements prior goods delivery.
Maintain daily in and out transaction reports along with reconciliation/discrepancy and lost & found item details and submit it to Production Manager & Inventory Controller.
Ensure to maximize daily warehouse activities in receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, cycle count & inventory departments and meet the operation target.

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with major subjets are Marketing, Economics & Finance.
