- Review and take actions for reduction of air freight shipments.
- Identify and establish the business process for key areas.
- Audit the warranty claims and process for reimbursement.
- Impart training on the product service / new products.
- Discuss with OEM and SLA sign off through sourcing for service support.
- Identify and develop the digital enablers for aftermarket business.
- Co-ordinate and ensure TQM practices adhered to in aftermarket.
- Meeting the distributors and customer for understanding their requirements and concerns for improvements.
- Co-ordinate with OEM and organize for service training for OEM parts.
- Prepare and ensure aftersales pitch documents catalogues, BPV.
- Training and promotion of aftermarket products /services for revenue generation.
- Co-ordinate with Quality team and ensure product issues are closed on-time.

- Handled incoming material quality from the supplier end by robust planning and facilitate the vendor to meet our requirements.
- Evaluate and enhance the suppliers quality rating as recommended.

Looked after incoming and final product quality by establishing the new process and handled Quality circle projects.
