A first of its kind in an academic college where around 1100 Senior HR Professionals (CXO Level) were invited to be a part of the subject of discussion "Paradigm Shift in Strategic HR: Vision 2020". Being the in charge of the event, my responsible were:
* Successfully convinced various organization to sponsor the summit,
* Planned and organized various meetings between the college, sponsoring companies and event management firm across Bangalore on priority basis,
* Networked with IT industries, NGO's, hospitality companies, construction industries, Retail, FMCG companies to invite attendees.


Projects Undertaken
• MBA Project: A Study on "Rewards and Recognition" at Mindtree Bangalore.
This project has exposed me to the functioning of a large and prestigious corporate as to how rewards are given and the key areas of recognition for the hard work done. The main objective of the study was to find out whether employees are aware about the rewards and recognition programs which the organization provides and the outcome of the program.
