Role and Responsibilities
•Worked in transition phase of project from TCS to Microland.
•Actively participate in various meetings like CAB, Risk Register, and Compliance etc with client.
•Installation and data creation of Oracle 10g and 11g on Solaris 9, 10 and Oracle 2 node RAC 11gr2 with ASM.
•Administration of RAC instances using SRVCTL and CRSCTL utility.
•Checking CSSD and CRSD logs in RAC environment.
•User creation and granting appropriate privileges.
•Configuring listener on server side and creating TNS aliases on client side.
•Tablespace management (Monitoring size of Tablespace and taking proper actions).
•Adding and resizing data files.
•Backup/cloning/recovery of production server using RMAN utility and user managed by using backup Tools.

•Successfully perform backup restoration drill and DR drill.
•Administering ASM instance by adding and dropping the ASM disks to the disk groups and rebalancing.

•Performing Quarterly/Half yearly audits like VAPT (vulnerability assessment and penetration testing), DB Objects review, Privileged Access User Review done by third-party auditor
