Event Management
• Serving as event/account manager for clients and mainitaing an open and on-going relationship with each client by serving as first contact point
• Managing events from client relationship to managing all details of each event
• Representing the managing director during absences
• Greeting customers, answering telephone calls, and communicating with clients on behalf of employer
• Typing correspondence, sending out emails and faxes, making copies and sorting mails
• Managing office equipment and supplies and ensuring that office machines are kept in working order
• Organizing meetings, travel and events
• Data filing, labeling, organizing and responding to requests for files
• Handling all customer service issues as they arrive
