• Conduct site inspection/assessment, prepares snag list report, cost estimates and bill of quantities, work schedules, and supervise execution of interior fit-outs, renovation & modifications works of office buildings, clinic, and villas.
• Manages, supervises, and coordinates routine & preventive civil maintenance works of ADNOC Headquarters’ Office Buildings, ADNOC Clinic, VIP villas, and other facilities as part of the annual maintenance contract.
• Prepares planned preventive maintenance schedule, and coordinates with end users and approving authorities for daily maintenance activities.
• Responsible for evaluating civil related problems of the buildings, public spaces, drainage system, and road networks and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
• Prepares billing, daily & monthly reports, method statement, material & work inspection requests, work permits, and other related HSE & QA/QC documents.
