1 Responsible for managing the team and motivating the team to deliver required work on time.
2 Responsible for preparing performance trackers for team members and also responsible for preparing quality trackers for projects.
3 Responsible for proofreading the artworks to maintain the quality including text, colours, designs, layout, structures, specifications, drawings, and cutter guides with all the technical requirements meeting the expectations of the Client.
4 Making each artwork 100% accurate.
5 Responsible for conducting awareness sessions and training sessions for proofreading team.
6 Responsible for updating the process related documents and raising remedies for the updates.
7 Responsible for resolving queries, giving clarifications and confirmations for Artwork Designers and Proof Readers.
8 Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the rejections from market and site.
9 Following Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Procedural Instructions, Standard Guidelines, and REF Docs to meet the requirements of the Markets and Sites.
10 Conducting internal Audits within the team and other departments to check the Quality Procedures are followed correctly.
11 Adhering to the rules of GCLM (Global Core Labeling Management) - European Union Guidelines.
12 Working under the principles of GMP, EHS, and 5Ps.
13 Working under the standards of GQMP, GQP, and QMS of Global Pack Management of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, UCB Pharmaceuticals, and Aspen Pharma.
14 Handling the clients of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, UCB Pharmaceuticals, Aspen Pharmaceuticals, DRL Pharmaceuticals, Stiefel Pharmaceuticals, ViiV Healthcare, and LOSAN Pharmaceuticals.
15 Discussing with the Sites and Markets about their technical requirements related to Package Designing and Artwork Creation.
16 Understanding the client’s requirements and discussing with the co-staff and superiors to get more output.
17 Participating in in-service and to continue with job related learning activities.
