• Receive general instructions for new responsibilities from top management
• Receive everyday new Purchase Orders from Purchase Dept. for GOFSCO & EUPS operation
• Receive everyday material from vendor according LPO/IPO/DO and arrange to inspection and assure QA/QC with end user
• When receive stock items, create new item code and create new location arrange properly with safe
• When we receive partial or any discrepancies at the same time inform to Procurement Dept. to coordinate with Vendor
• Receive Invoice (Service & Material) the same day process in ACCPAC prepare MRV & MIV and submit to Finance Dept.
• Supervise and direct the store team receive and provide material with right time to right customer
• Stock items issued according to Dept. incharge request and with signature
• Maintain update procurement log, international shipment log and transmittal (invoice summation detail to Finance Dept.) log
• Maintain WHM Dept. consumable item issue file and SWT Dept. stock material file.
• Prepare store operational monthly report and inventory report submit to CEO/MD also Finance Dept. and related Dept.
• Coordinate with logistic team and prepare delivery schedule for required material
• Utilize store team man power properly and maximum control to save - cost, space and time with safe mode
• Initiate some new responsibilities and helps to plan for future of the company
• Manage to complete every day all the store operational target works on time with accurately
• Provide technical lead and supervise store team to work successfully with Zero accident and incident

Type of store material: Sensitive and more valuable material for different oil service department i.e. Wire line, Slick line, crude & chemical, vacuum tanker, well head maintenance, surface well testing and vehicle parts for maintenance dept.

Main Responsibilities:
• Receive general instructions for new responsibilities from operations Manager
• Supervise and direct 25 persons of warehouse team assignments; act as a warehouse/management liaison
• Maintain and coordinate of all (five stores in Kuwait) Mopar stores as a warehouse In charge
• Received mails container dispatch details from RDC Chrysler Group Dubai
• Coordinate with clearance teem in Kuwait and prepare delivery schedule
• Receive everyday special orders (Air shipment) parts, deliver the same day to stores and garages
• Prepare the claim sheet for the shortage, excess, damage and wrong parts with different claim codes
• Make ICTs (Inter Co Transfer) send parts to different stores in Kuwait
• Maintain the Wholesale deliveries to different customers on time as delivery agreed and get more sales
• Coordinate and monitor the drivers to deliver Mopar parts as required stores
• Complete periodic performance reports on time
• Establishes/recommends policies in the warehouse operational services
• Initiate some new responsibilities and helps to plan for the future of the company
• Manage staff training to ensure quality needed to match company standard policy
• Maintain staff performance and counseling as required, maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
• Coordinate with all the employees to facilitate and completion of tasks and targets on time

Daily Reports & Updated Files:
• Prepare cost advise and print binning report to locate the parts
• Prepare costing sheet for each shipment provide to finance department
• Update containers inbound and outbound report
• All locations report and current hold report
• Update claim report, Adjustment and Cancellation report
• Updated Air shipment Inbound report
• Out-Bound report and Truck loading report
• Daily end of the day shipment report
• Stock transfer (Internal Move or Stock Adjustment)file
• Staff attendance report and Supply list stationery file
Daily Task:
• Retrieves and analyzes history and activity files
• Prepare Costing sheet and binning report to receive and locate parts physically
• Manage to complete ICTs all the time and deliveries to stores within extreme time constraints
• Receive the containers according to schedule through BOL(Bill of Lading)
• Maintain off load the material from container with help of MHE (Forklift) operator
• To check quality inspections and select good location to team for store items
• Prepare Superseded stock line item and create link order number for new line items
• Manage to control damage body parts and leakage of oils
• Inventory of storage material, including storage in a safe and secure manner
• Shipped material as per customers request through online basis
• Verify the shipped documentation matching exact Part Number, Qty., COO and Order number
• Verify material, packing and loading, communicate with customers
• Prepare delivery note and gate pass to release truck
• Maintain file pick sheets, estimates and all shipping documents(ICTs) for future reference
