• Provide familiarization for new staff in the various terminal facilities, basic airside operations and a Coordinator representing Customer Services dept. for the ORAT team, the integral transition team for the New Doha International Airport. \n• Handle Induction for staff with regard to the standard operating and quality procedures & class room training on Aviation Security Awareness and Air Carrier Access Act. \n• Core part of the operational support team, handle conceptual documentation and operation related reports. \n \n \n \nPrior KRA’s Involve: \n \n• Everyday activities involve handling different equipments of various airlines. \n• Issuance of Boarding passes to the passenger in exchange of Virtual Coupon Record (VCR) and register his/her baggage simultaneously. \n• Assisting the passenger to board the aircraft against the passenger reconciliation information in the system. \n• Reconciling the registered bags against the Baggage Tally List (BTL) in the Baggage Make-up area (BMA) and dispatched to the Load & Trim Department. \n• Monitoring an Aircraft turnaround time (TAT) to maintain On-Time Performance (OTP) and avoid delays. \n• Co-operating with the Security Department in all safety procedures while handling guests and their baggage. \n• Implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and minimizing passenger complaints. \n• Being a core part of the ground handling operations am familiar with the Standard Operating Procedures of the following airlines. \ni.
