• To assist the PM in carrying out the day-to-day management of the Project.
Assist in co-ordination of the services being provided by all parties, including other Business Sectors and sub-consultants.
• Assist the PM in setting up the administration and finance system requirements, as set out in the JDE Project Manager's User Guide.
• Assist the PM in preparing a Project Execution Plan and Project Quality Plan and monitor delivery of our services to these documents.

• Chairing the Weekly agenda meeting with the suppliers when PM is not available whenever he is busy with the Client.
• Work closely with the Line Manager to learn necessary management skills for future development.
