• Safety first -Following and obey the safety rules on MAN & MATERIAL at site.
• Mission Preparation -collecting HV/LV of project related technical documents.
• Project Planning - Plans and controls the project to meet the required deadlines.
• Having ability to read CIVIL PLAN, SLD, ELECTRICAL CONTROL Diagram & its corrections.
• Leadership - With Providing the Training and proper guidance to the site working peoples and Motivates the project team.
• Resources -Arranging the Tools and Martials related to projects well in advance.
• GIS site execution - Erection, SF6 gas handling and Testing and commissioning, HV test preparation of 66kVGIS to 400kV GIS .
• AIS Site execution -HT< panel Testing Commissioning and Switchgears Testing
(Transformer, CB, CT, PT, Relays) from415V to 400kV AIS.
• FAT & SRT -Factory Panel inspection and Testing and also supporting to site team.
• Risk & Opportunity Management - monitors risks on the project and create a list of opportunities and attempt to generate variation orders from these opportunities.
• Technical support- To Project manager and HV/LV Engineering and Tendering team members.
• Communication - Maintains meaningful communication between all parties involved in the project according to the guidelines created on that project.
• Documentation - Basic equipment level testing in the form of reports for submission to customers.
• Customer Management - maintains good customer relationships and looks for additional business opportunities for our organization.
• Site Hand over- Properly Substation Hand over to customer with received customer feedback document.
• Mission debriefing-Discussing about Customer needs and Site execution and Management issues for avoiding further and not extending to the future projects.
Erection and Testing and Commissioning of AIS.
Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Alagappa University, Karaikudi in the year 2012. Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2007.
