• Worked as Director (Plant operation/ Technical Head) in an integrated
plant of 1.2 MTPA Capacity for more than one year.
• Also Headed the cement GU of 1.72 MTPA in NE region for more than 14 months in
Assam
• Handled various capex projects individually, increased the productivity and EBITA of Dalmia
group in NE Region.

• Worked as Head Operation for 0.75MTPA TPD Integrated Cement plant with work
force of more than 1000 people (with MFC technology) having local Kenyan Union.
• Overall responsibility of Plant P&L including the development and achievement of budgetary
and cash flow goals to ensure the long-term viability of the plant.
• Monitoring day to day operation, production, process, Quality, R&D, administration, mining,
stores, project, logistics, ensuring integrity of production, packaging and distribution
operations while maintaining productivity levels including plant maintenance.
• Leadership role in setting up Plant Goals, KRAs for self & Functional Engineering Managers,
periodical review, based on actual performance, in attaining the goals / KRAs.

• Worked as Plant head for cement plant more than 2.5 years
• Leadership role at Plant level and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipments, processes, materials,
maintenance and also maintained the culture at Plant level that is performance-driven and motivating the team
with a strong customer focus
• Core member in setting up a new grinding station of 1.7 MPTA in Assam in terms of strategy, Setting up SOP for
plant operation, Business model preparation, equipment selection, recruitment of Engineers, Managers and DGM
level pet coke, entire laboratory set up, quality/product launching and marketing strategy
• Instrumental role in up gradation of old plant production capacity from 1000 to 2000 TPD
• Increased the fly ash consumption and turned the plant to 100 % PPC production unit

• Technical guidance and support to Lafarge cement plants regarding, Process, quality and
product development activities in ASIA & ASEAN Regions.
• Operation, Process & Quality audits for reducing cost, energy and power, product quality
improvement, validation of improvement projects,
• Performed various process and Quality missions / studies to calculate the plant debottlenecks
for various equipments in terms of production limits from raw material grinding to cement
grinding.
• In charge of increase of cementitious material usage for Lafarge plants in Korea, Japan,
Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and India.
• Core member in setting up 0.5 Million grinding facility in Vietnam in terms of strategy,
