Served as In-Charge of IT for the Furniture division (Freedom Furniture, Australia) for implementation of POS/ERP systems (MS Navision Dynamics ver. 5) at freedom stores and managing the support facility, user training, interaction with suppliers,
etc. and active participation in customization of ERP
o Coldstone Creamery (USA), support for 30+ stores in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait & Saudi for implementation and
troubleshooting on the MS Navision Dynamics (Ver. 9) and also liaison with MS solutions partners for customization

Supervised the IT division and rendered support for the Sybase based ERP system (40 factories)
managing IT services. Actively involved in implementing an ERP system (Sybse based) for garment industry.
