• Ensure monthly financial close and consolidation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Drive process improvements to reduce time spent on reporting, and perform monthly close earlier.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses on financial statements, cash flow statements, profit margin, quarterly reports as well as management and other reports for the assigned function/business area, and review calculation of specific financial items as required for effective reporting.
• Preparation and consolidation of the annual and long-term capital, operating & revenue budgets, and business plans ensuring adherence to the Company’s strategic objectives & goals, and compliance with requisite guidelines and time targets.
• Create and Monitor KPI leading indicators as per critical success factors, Financial Ratios and performs periodic reviews of processes and procedures to ensure that strong controllership routines are in place and in full compliance
• Liaise with different functions whenever financial analysis support is requested and perform ad-hoc financial analysis requested by Management to support informed decision making.
• Conduct analyses on cost allocation and unit-wise profitability reporting to enable data driven business decisions.
