* Prepare monthly invoicing, reconcile and conduct site measurement with counterpart from
client side
* Analyze the rates submitted by the sub contractors’ and implications from the execution
point of view. Verify subcontractors’ interim/final payment applications in coordination with
the site discipline engineer; present them for the further approval of the Construction
Manager.
* Prepare cost proposal and variation orders that are not available on the contract rate.
* Evaluation of subcontractor’s claims and variations and prepare response such claims.

* To monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of
the monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the

* Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from
Drawings. Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates.
* Prepare and reconcile for a "joint measurement record" to all claimable variance orders
* Evaluate variations and handle contractual issues for re-measurable items.

* Prepare Quantity Take-offs based on Approved for Construction drawings and shall be
accordance with BOQ descriptions.
