Key Deliverables:
• Optimization & Planning of new 3G and 2G sites.
• KPI analysis and improvement of cell bias.
• Handling customer complaints/issues of 2G, 3G & resolving the same within minimum possible time.
• Carrying out DT & Optimization of new sites, site swapping & for up gradation.
• Analysing DT file for taking case of internal & external interference in the network which involves analysis of Rx Level, Rx Quality, Measuring of SQI, C/I.
• Working on MAIO concept (Mobile allocation Index offset), TRAU (Transcoder rate adaption unit) planning, HSN (Hopping Sequence no.), concept of BCCH frequency use in GSM sites.
• Overseeing switching related problems, VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio), CDU Power Loss, Antenna Diversity & many more ALAMS.
• Looking after optimization of new sites, antenna selection & problem like call drop, interference, handover failure, handover reversion, in building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test

Key Deliverables: • Taking care of Optimization of West Bengal circle.
• Carrying out daily analysis of NBH & BBH KPI, Cells, Drop Statistics, and Neighbouring List Optimization; their reasons and taking necessary action.
• Daily monitoring of OMCR reports to analyze the Radio network performance to verify the Radio utilization, blocking (TCH/SDCCH), assign failures etc. & take corrective steps to achieve the optimum KPI.
• Analysing BSC drive test log files identifying poor coverage and quality patches through demarking action plan to resolve the same.
• Handling Frequency Planning, Neighbours Planning and Optimization of the Network.
• Preparing Hopping Plan including IVE test and MAIO MANGEMENT, MAIO list planning and HSN plan for enhanced capacity and Quality.
• Analysing Hardware Alarms in network and making action plan to get the same resolved.
• Examining radio utilization to identify blocking, and its minimization by parameter changes, adding new carrier (TRX) to the cell, implementing dynamic half rate and dual band (common BCCH) features.

• Choosing proper location for site.
• Deciding GSM Antenna Height and Sector Orientation.
• Assisting RF design activities such as new site planning, etc.
