As a Team leader for spare responsible for maintaining the orders and dispatches of spare parts, accessories for dealers arround India, Nepal, Bhutan. Maintaining daily work flow for the team and TAT for each process and in implementation of SOP. Coordinating with other departments for smooth flow of work. Close flow ups with inventory for the availability of the spares and accessories. Improved the method of dispatches and getting after dispatch update to improve the quality and standard of all goods movements.
