• Performing vibration analysis, Orbit analysis and Phase analysis on Bentley Nevada DM-2000, well aware of its Bentely Nevada System-1 in our IFFCO Phulpur Unit as I have attended several annual turn around in this unit.
• Excellent exposure with Enpac 2500 and Dynamix 2500 vibration analyzer for condition monitoring and in-situ balancing of equipment.
• Performing In house dynamic and static balancing on ABRO H 3K (SP) and FIE HDC -300 machine.
• Performing NDT techniques UT, DPT, MPT, Spark Testing, Primary reformer tubes temperature condition monitoring, static/dynamic and In-Situ balancing of rotary machines.
• Well aware of shaft centerline, Preloaded orbits; oil whirls and lube oil analysis. Lube oil analysis is carried out by our planning department contents are % moisture, %sediments, Viscosity & dissolved ammonia.
• Led a group of outside agencies during plant shutdown for carrying out highly
advanced NDT techniques ECT, RFET, Metallographic Examination.
• Resolving any vibration related problems generated in rotary Machines
• Planning and effecting shut down, preventive maintenance schedules of
various machineries and instruments to increase equipment reliability.
• Well versed with different ASME standards used for different NDT techniques.
• Coordinate all aspect of maintenance, including selection of fabrication and operation of products.
