Ordering and maintaining Stationery Equipment Supplies.
* All E-mails and faxes will check and take the actions.
* Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
* Organizing and storing paper work, Documents and computer-Based information
* Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
* Maintain the general filling system and filling all correspondence.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conference and telephone calls.
* Maintain and adequate inventory of office supplies.
* Respond to public inquiries.
* Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
* Supporting Account department, and arranging petty cash and bills.
* Bank related works (Account statements, check books, all related works.
Experience Documents Controller
* Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
* Orders external standards and maintains tracking system.
* Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documents of (soil test reports and
specification, Shop drawings and All Submittals hard copy and soft copies)
* Maintaining construction drawings log and monitoring the schedules and regular updates of
drawings racks.
* Prepare, log and distribute all outgoing & incoming transmittals.
* All projects related drawings and specification record from consultant & MEP contractors
and distributed to all concern people for review, inputs & approval.
* Using document numbering system for maintaining the documents.
* Record keeping of received and sent letters to the various consultants and other contractors.
* Handling all contract related documents.
