Responsibilities:

 Handling more than 7000 physical and virtual servers based on complete ITIL process
 Providing remote hand assistance to the customers as required
 Extensive experience in Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory & server administration
 Administered all aspects and functions of organization servers, including disk space analyses, system and application errors, memory dumps issues and swap space utilization, disk performance, CPU and related processes.
 Experience in Configuring & Managing Failover Cluster (Two node cluster)
 Monitoring Cluster Performance, Handling Cluster issues based on Events Management.
 Provided troubleshooting execution to LAN and TCP/ IP issues as well as DNS, DHCP and AD 2003, 2008 technologies
 Review the domain controller disk space reports, Review all performance related reports. Check the Win32 Time Service manually.
 Resolve alerts indicating that the domain controller is not advertising itself, Active Directory FSMO Roles, DNS issues, Global Catalog, Net logon, AD Replication & FRS Issues.

 Excellent experience and knowledge with installing and implementing VMware ESX server, VMware virtual center, setting up V-Motion, HA, DRS, and related VMware products such as VM Workstation, P2V & V2P using VMware converter.

 Supporting VMware ESXI server 4 & 5 from windows by using VMware VSphere client Ver4.0.
 Creating and restoring VM Snapshot, VM Disk& resource allocation.
 Creating new VM guest and configuring the accessories like NIC, memory, Hard disk partitions etc.,
 Managing virtual servers using VCENTER, Physical machine to virtual machine conversion and handling several tasks related to VM issues.
 Monitoring Incident Management system for ticket progress through HPSM.
 Providing the Service Delivery to customer with in Service Level Management, Capacity Management, and Contingency Planning, Availability Management or IT.
