- Support and assist in ensuring that the organization’s reward structure is externally competitive and
internally equitable
- Work closely with external consultants on annual market salary surveys. Synthesize survey results,
consolidate insights and identify areas that require alignment
- Identify policy areas for improvement that help address organizational pain points and work with
relevant stakeholders for policy reviews as and when necessary
- Ensure compliance with corporate C&B policies, programs and guidelines
- Support in designing the annual increment and variable pay framework. Coordinate with HRBPs and
HR Operations team for successful implementation and rollout
- Ensure smooth execution of the Annual Salary Program
- Budgeting and planning of employees' Cost
- Perform various analyses like Pay Equity Analysis, Job Levelling and Internal/External Benchmarking,
Functional benefits, and Market comparisons.
- Design Job offers to keep in view internal and external equity
- Plan and roll out of JAJE (Job Analysis/Job Evaluation) project for fertilizer business which includes
identification of unique positions, Job analysis and factor scoring of based on finalized RCs, calibration
of scores, and review Reward Management System in line with position evaluation scores (from IPE)
and organization’s grading structure and preparation of various reports and recommendations
