• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all recruitment related operations and life-cycle related processes and systems including pan-India execution of all activities from Job creation, e-Offers, Day 1 On-boarding & Induction, Pre- employment Vetting (background verification), Transfer & Promotion, to Updating HR People Systems;

and manage escalations;
• Mentored team for optimum performance and high motivation; governance and
review of all Exceptions, Incident and Recruitment related Reporting / MI;
• Monitored Employee lifecycle operations like probation completion, service / visa
letters and the like for 4000+ employees pan-India;
• Provided continuous review of life cycle data management processes for the team
and ensure alignment to group policies and local regulation;
• Acted as Functional Consultant for development and maintenance of recruitment
operations support software developed by an external vendor for the bank before the adoption of the Global ATS.
