 Organized the on boarding process for new joiners; created a smooth and comfortable joining procedure, arranging meetings, providing the New Joiners Booklet and being the HR info reference for any inquires.
 Managed the pre joining process of 25 Cabin Crew Courses.
 Developed the visa process; minimized the visa errors to 0%, ensured the required documents are ready for each visa stage, follow up the governmental medical results, take the required action for any upcoming issues or problems during the process, monitor the visa process until its full completion.
 Build a strong business relationship with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai.
 Developed the “Airport Pass Process”; organized and managed the documentation and filing.
 Created the Employee Letters Templates; both in Arabic & English language and maintain the templates in the HR share drive
 Arranged miscellaneous admin tasks accurately and timely mannered: Translations, Employee letters, assist employees in general HR inquires, arrange hotel & tickets booking, filing, etc.
