* Handled the smooth takeover of the site from main contractors, existing facility contractors by ensuring that all
the documents (O&M, as built drawings, warranty certificates, panel keys, 3rd
party certificates) are in place and
with the preparation of condition survey reports and snags of all assets
* Performing the task of developing and designing operational practices by following standard guidelines
* Maintained the equipment’s on the floor and ensured their smooth working
* Performed regular checks on the buildings equipment’s
* Review Scope of works, estimates, budgets and schedules, ensuring they accurately reflect the job’s cost and
schedule
* Coordinate and manage the scheduling of personnel resources to meet work schedules (cleaning, MEP, Security,
landscape)
* Daily, weekly, monthly preparation of all maintenance status update reports and forwarding the same to client
* Reviewing the security incident reports, logbooks, lost and found and taking appropriate actions, investigating
incidents if any.
* Ensuring soft service team following their daily, weekly, monthly checklists.
* Schedule daily workload ensuring the work is prioritized and that work is completed expediently and
professionally.
* Monitor maintenance staff productivity levels.
* To make daily walk around the building to ensure that all MEP systems, premises, corridors are in good order and
allocate works for any repairs, noted.
* Preparation of technical report and passing it on to client through e-mail if necessary.
* Interacting with clients on weekly basis by means of having a meeting and updating the status of work which has
been carried out and the one which is under progress.
