• Managed the planning, awarding, and execution of the project's engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and migration phases.
• Completed successful replacement and commissioning at new Hybrid Mux platform
across 201 sites (BI-10-01070).
• Facilitated migration of over 2600+ mission-critical circuits, ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Completed successful replacement and commissioning at new wireless system replacement across 1200 SCADA and CP onshore sites and offshore wells (BI-10-01976).
• Facilitated migration of over 1200+ mission-critical SCADA circuit covering 320 onshore wells, 12 Master station sites and 150+ offshore well sites, ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Completed successful replacement and commissioning at new Data diode and plant security system across 82 gas plant and bulk plant sites (BI-10-013499).
• Facilitated migration of over 82+ plants by complete the initial configuration, testing, commission and migration of the old plant security system to the new system in terms of security and availability.
