- Since 2013, i am taking care about western province as service department in charge in western province of saudi arabia

Day- Today work brief

-Installation supervision, Start-up & commissioning mainly for Projects.
- Operator training for projects & special products
-Field service for projects if the dealers could not handle
- Warranty handling including International warranty assessments
-Technical Support to Sales
- Handling Spare Parts quotation & follow-ups
- Service Training for Dealers, OEMs, IEMs, and Srv. Partners
- Scheduled Service visits to the dealers
- Early Warning Products handling, FAS Reporting
- International Service handling
- Field test for new products
- Witness test in front of consultant and contractor
- Coordinating between dealers and customer to allocate the service requests according to the
nature of jobs
- Evaluating maintenance contracts for the dealers
- Doing minor repair at the site in case of emergency
-working for improvise the competence level of Dealer Srv. resources

• Mechanical maintenance of different kinds of printing and mailing related equipments
• Mainly we are using the machines of FERAG, MANROLAND from Germany
• all kind of maintenances jobs like breakdown maintenance and periodic maintenance
• Day by day checking and inspections of all kind of machines and applying preventive techniques
• And making the maintenance records and ordering parts if necessary
