Reviewing and ensuring electrical LV/ELV material submittal are fully comply to the project’s requirement and
specification then submitting to consultant for approval.
Comparing design IFC consequent revisions and notifying the management for the changes.
Attending discussion meetings with PM/Consultant and ELV system’s specialists such as Fire Alarm, ICT, Lighting
Control, BMS till developing of ELV work shop drawings.
Reviewing the design drawings then highlighting if any deviation observed to authorities’ regulations through RFIs.
Performing Electrical items take-off and issuing the material orders.
Working closely with BIM team, engineering and construction teams in order to ensure the electrical panels distribution
and containments coordination with other MEP services then proceeding in containment layouts and sectional details
extractions and drawing submission.
Forecasting & performing LV & ELV day to day tasks on site to ensure flourishing & high-quality results on certain
time.
Ensure that all associated electrical works installed in accordance to quality, standards and project's specs.
Attending Weekly progress meetings with Consultant, Client & suppliers.
Forming & maintaining project brief reports, conducting & attending meetings with varied authorities &
departments
Developing drawings ahead of submission of assigned work.

Forecasting & performing LV & ELV tasks on site to ensure flourishing & high-quality results on certain time
Ensure that all associated electrical works installed in accordance to quality, standards and project's specs.

draftsmen for as built submissions.
Directing the obligations towards resolving project’s suppliers’ due payments by assisting project’s PM along with full
coordination with the suppliers, QA/QS and company accountants in order to end up with appropriate report of
pending.
Directing the obligations lead of electrical installations, material procuring and electrical testing and commissioning
activity such as but not limited to: Switchgears cold& live testing, Emergency lighting & Central Battery, Fire Alarm
Detection & Voice Annunciation System, BMS, Lighting control BoH, Lighting Control FoH, …etc.
Coordinating with ICT contractor/System’s Specialists /Consultant to implement the required Graphic Central System’s
Visualization & System’s Sequence of Operations such as but not limited to BMS, Chillier
Management System, Fire Alarm &Voice Annunciation System, Lighting Control System BoH/FoH, Central Battery &
Emergency Lighting System, Audio/Visual, …etc.
Coordinating with ICT contractor/System’s Specialists /Consultant in order to implement the required high level
Integration of BMS/Chillier Management System, BMS/ Fire Alarm &Voice Annunciation System, Security/ Fire
Alarm System, BMS/ Lighting Control System BoH/FoH, BMS/Central Battery &Emergency Lighting
System, Audio/Visual, …etc.
