• Acknowledge / confirm the customers’ purchase orders with delivery dates
• Prepare & follow-up production & delivery orders of customers.
• Prepare the new/amended design form for the photo-litho dept.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customers’ priorities.
• Coordinate with production department for the weekly production plan.
• Coordinate with finished product store-keeper to dispatch the customers’ goods as scheduled.
• Follow-up with Q.C. for the customers’ complaints and ensure close complain with customer.
• Create new item description/code number for new products in Sage system.
• Handling with shipping lines for Sea shipments
• Receive, verify, prepare & submit the bank documents. \{ L.C. or Bank Guarantee\}
• Coordinate with logistics dept for smooth process of delivery
• Prepare proforma invoice / quotation for customers.
• Maintain the Export filing
• Customer feedback about their orders / inquiries & complaints.
• Coordinate with all sales team and colleagues on day-to-day issues to improve the sales performance
• Prepare all kind of Export sales reports (i.e sales, collections, reports, customer details etc.)
• Follow-up with customers for payments as per maturity.
• Raise / Prepare sample, costing requests.
